Law enforcement requests

Send requests to doorlist.help@gmail.com. Include your name, agency, badge or ID number, an official callback number, and the legal process.

Normal requests

We need valid legal process (a subpoena, court order or search warrant) that fits the data asked for. We give only the data the request names, nothing about other events or people.

Emergencies

If someone is in danger of death or serious injury right now, say so in the subject line. We verify the request by calling the agency back on an official number, give the minimum data needed, and ask for legal process afterward.

Preservation

On a valid preservation request we hold the named event or account data past the normal deletion schedule, until the hold ends.

What may exist

• Guest name and phone number, until deleted 30 days after the event.
• Ticket and check-in records.
• Host username and account dates.
• Security log entries (IP address, timestamps, device cookie, browser type), kept 90 days.

Notice

We tell the affected person about a request unless the law or the request forbids it.
